Comment: After spending $50+ on magazines and other books on how to successfully market my service via the Web, I wish I would have discovered this book initially. Why read a manual when the essential checklist has already been developed? This book includes hints and reminders helpful at the design stage all the way to site maintenance. Although marketed for executives, anyone who has an Internet presence will find the information in this book valuable. It's a resource that I'll use frequently. It would be a good introdutory book for middle school students.
